For us it was ideal.

The service, the location, the breakfast buffet are sensational. Everything about Conrad is great, I love there. It´s a very expensive hotel, but sometimes they have promotions and becomes an excellent place for a good price.

It´s very difficult to have a complain, but the only little thing that is starting to show up is that it's an old building and need some repairs, mainly in some bathrooms. Even so, the rooms are great, confy and spotless.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms as comfortable, but not so huge as they seemed in the pictures, and all of them have ocean view. Breakfast Buffet is excellent. There is a great jaccuzzi overlooking the sea, great for relaxing. They also have free valet service. Another advantage for brazilian guests is that they have cable with most of the brazilian channels - Globo, band, redetv... So You can stay up to date with the news, soccer championship, etc. (since internet there is not free)

Wifi is not free - 20 dollars a day. Also, the minimum bet at The casino's table was a little higher than usual.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The staff pays attention to detail and provides excellent service. The convenient location near the beach and close to the nightlife and center of PDE is a major plus. The rooms with sea views provide a pleasant atmosphere, and the breakfast with a good view adds a nice touch to the stay.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The breakfast. Thats about it. Dont bother trying to get drinks at pool. They will never come and they will try to charge you for them

Service and cleanliness

Very nice, big room, all rooms have balcony. Very comfortable. Location is great, in front of the beach. The lobby reminds me of hotels in Las Vegas, very nice!

Breakfast needs more variation, and needs to be replenished a bit faster.

The rooms with the Bath Robes and the nice view, as example, competent and attentive staff with which other forgetting service.

A Lovely Stay at Enjoy

We were delighted with our recent stay at a hotel in Punta del Este. The room was clean and well-organized, and we were even allowed to check-in early, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel had a beautiful design, with recently renovated facilities, including a stunning outdoor pool and a modern wine bar. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was also perfect, offering a great view of the river and part of the city. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as an outdated bathroom in our room and a slight delay in getting a taxi, the overall experience was wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Punta del Este.

The hotel was clean and apparently under renovations which will make the rooms even nicer. The facilities were fine (gym, pools, small spa, some shopping, a casino).

The food was poor to inadequate and the hotel charged very high prices (capitalizing on their captive guests in an unfair manner - in my opinion). Internet was a charged item and in our case, that was not mentioned when we were given our passwords. Overall, we got the sense that there must be much better places to stay in Punta Del Este.

Good service, cleaning, localization, casino

The heated pool was under construction and we only discovered when we tried to use it. I think the hotel should give this information in the reservation/booking, as space for leisure holidaymakers and a temperature of 9 degrees Celcius outside ... would be nice to have a heated swimming pool!

I had a great stay at this hotel near the beach. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The rooms with seaview were perfect, and the breakfast had a good view too.

Great dining options, beautiful views, and excellent location. The gym and pool facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable. The food at the restaurants was tasty and varied, and I appreciated the range of choices offered. The location was ideal for exploring the area and the views were breathtaking. One unexpected benefit was the friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast experience was lackluster and disorganized. the pillows provided were not comfortable and the wifi was unreliable at times.
